Grilled eggplants with bell pepper recipe

• 1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
• 1 medium onion, finely chopped
• 3 cloves of garlic, crushed with a dash of salt
• 16 ounces tomatoes, peeled and finely chopped
• 1/2 cup lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon salt
• A dash of olive oil

How to make grilled eggplants with bell pepper

• Process eggplants until smooth.
